wifi extender

By default the extender (next to the drums) is switched off. In order to have an Internet connection, please switch on the extender here and the desktop should have an Internet Connection.

Please remember to switch off this once you finished using it.

Turn On pa system

You can find this next to the PA Rack
Left Switch is PA System
Right Switch is for PC

2. check pa board

This will Power Up on it's own
Be sure that all the volume is set to bottom

3. Turn on pre-amp

4. turn on speaker

5. adjust volume

unmute channel by pressing mute button

Turn Off

1. mute and set to 0

Mute all the channels
Set the volume level to 0

2. turn off speaker

3. Turn off pre-amp

4. turn off power

1. turn on power

2. Turn on pc

Press this button to turn on PC

pc will now start

Desktop is running Windows 11 and uses Microsoft Office 365.

Zoom Meetings is possible using this room.

Be sure that you turn on the left switch that powers up the PA System, as the power cable is connected through there as well.

Turn OFF PC

Click on Start --> Power Button --> Shut Down
Turn off Projector
Turn off Power Switch

Check connection for audio

VGA and Audio cable is connected by default.
White Cable from Audio Interface must be connected to Mic 3

connect microphone to audio interface

Adjust Audio level based on this settings

Gain 1 is for Input 1 (Start from 12 o clock then slowly increase)
Gain 2 is for Input 2 (microphone or musical instrument, Start from 12 o clock then slowly increase)
Phones is for volume going into PA System. So those in 1H can hear you. (Start from 9 o clock then slowly increase)
Main is for the main volume going into Zoom. (Max reach up to 3 o clock)

cOnnect web cam to desktop

Web camera is located inside the cabinet that comes with a tripod

select correct audio in zoom

Microphone - Microphone (HD microphone)

Speaker - Speaker (High Definition Audio Device)
